How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During launches or holidays, processing may take a little longer.

Do you offer free shipping?

If we’re running a free-shipping promotion, it will be shown in the cart/checkout. Otherwise, rates are calculated at checkout.

What if my package is marked delivered but I can’t find it?

Please check around your delivery area and with neighbors first. If it’s still missing, reach out within 48 hours so we can help you file a carrier inquiry.

What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of skincare products, we can’t accept returns of opened/used items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

My item arrived damaged—what should I do?

Email us a photo of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
